Our Refund Policy

All test purchases (sales) are final - either legal/private or immigration cases - and there are no returns or refunds. A sale is considered completed upon scheduling a test location and time for the collection. In the event the parties are testing at different times or locations, the scheduling of one of the parties shall fulfill the requirements for scheduling a test.

MVP TESTING does not guarantee scheduling of foreign country appointments, but to the best of its abilities will assist in facilitating the scheduling of the party overseas. It's up to the party overseas to comply with the time and date of the appointment. If overseas scheduling is not complied with, any additional charges are the full responsibility of the parties being tested, not of MVP Testing.

Payment of overseas collection fees are the responsibility of the parties being tested. MVP TESTING will pay for shipping fees to the foreign location site and return back to the lab, as well as the dispatch of final reports to either the US Embassy destination or to the appropriate agency making the request.

In the event that rescheduling of the party tested in the United States is not fulfilled or complied with without a 24-hour prior notice of change or cancelation, MVP testing will allow for one rescheduling per test at no charge. Additional rescheduling requests will be charged $50.00 per occurrence and must be paid prior to rescheduling the appointment.

NOTE: Full Refunds will only be considered if the refund request is made prior to any work being performed in regards to the initial request for DNA services; this includes scheduling, collections and shipping. Please keep in mind that all DNA services will begin upon request, usually on the same day as the request

The following statement is understood and agreed upon by any person ordering testing through MVP TESTING

I request a DNA test from MVP TESTING. I understand that I am responsible for full payment of fees and that the test, once ordered, is non-refundable. I agree to hold harmless MVP TESTING and its owners, officers and employees from any issues that might develop as a result of this testing. I understand that no test results can be guaranteed and MVP TESTING makes no such promise, commitment, or warranty as to the results of my testing. I understand that if, for any reason, all parties do not complete the testing, that I remain responsible for the full payment of the test. I understand that delivery dates of results may vary and that MVP TESTING is not responsible for lost or undelivered mail, or delayed test results from the lab for any reason.
