FAMILY RELATIONSHIP DNA TESTING

There are several methods of proving relationships using DNA testing. These are the most common ones we can help you with:

  • PATERNAL DNA TESTING:

A father’s search for a biological child can be determined by doing a Paternity DNA testing against the child in question.
  • MATERNAL DNA TESTING:

A mother's search for a biological child can be determined by doing a Maternity DNA testing against the child in question.
  • GRANDPARENTAGE DNA TESTING:

The search for the biological father or mother of the child in question can be determined by testing the paternal or maternal grandparents of the child, doing a grandparentage DNA test.
  • GENETIC RECONSTRUCTION:

In the absence of a biological father, genetic reconstruction can be performed by testing the father's close relatives.
  • SIBLINGSHIP DNA TESTING:

Biological relationship between two individuals can be determined by performing a siblingship DNA test, which identifies if they share one, both or no parents at all.
  • TWIN ZYGOSITY TESTING:

Fraternal or identical twins can be identified by doing a twin zygosity DNA test.
  • Y-STR PATERNITY LINEAGE:

Using Y-STR Paternal testing, male individuals can determine whether or not they are related through a paternal lineage.
  • MATERNAL RELATIVE LINEAGE:

Females can determine through DNA testing whether or not they are related through a maternal lineage using Mitochondrial DNA testing.
