Home kits cannot be used for legal testing. Legal testing must be collected by a neutral third party or DNA sample collector. Please keep in mind that if you need DNA results for anything other than "peace of mind" for example, for Court or change of name etc., we recommend that you conduct a "legal test" so you do not incur any extra expenses in the future.
